Why Should I Book During The Pre-Sale?
Booking a reservation during our Pre-Sale will guarantee your spot in line so that when it's time to book your actual cabin early next year, you'll get priority treatment based on whether you're a ShipRocked veteran, or a first time guest, and the order in which your pre-sale booking is received. In early January, we will send you an email with your pre-sale "token" information and instructions on making your reservation!
Another reason to book during the Pre-Sale... If you book your spot between December 12th and February 14th and you will be entered to win* an iPad 2, fully loaded with ShipRocked 2011 photos and video from our official photographers and video team!
How Much Does It Cost?
Reservations during our Pre-Sale require just a single deposit of $199 per cabin, which will be applied towards the final cost of your cabin. Only one pre-sale deposit will be applied per cabin. The final total cost of your cabin will vary depending on cabin size, location, number of occupants, etc.
What Is A Pre-Sale Token? How Does It Work?
Each person who makes a deposit during the SR12 Pre-Sale, will receive an email in early 2012 containing their reservation "token" or code number, which will allow you to book your cabin on a priority basis when the time comes, before the cruise goes on-sale to the general public, and based on whether you're a ShipRocked alumni or a first time cruiser, and in the order in which you booked. SR12 token redemtpion order will be as follows:
- Group 1: ShipRockers who have sailed onboard any previous ShipRocked cruise, and who book prior to February 14, 2012, based on the order in which your pre-sale booking is received.
- Group 2: First Timers who book before February 14, 2012, based on the order in which your pre-sale booking is received.
- Group 3: First Timers, and everyone else who books after February 14, 2012, based on the order in which your pre-sale booking is received.
What If I Decide To Cancel?
You will have 30-days from the initial ShipRocked 2012 artist lineup announcement to cancel your pre-sale reservation and receive a refund (minus a $50 administrative fee). 30-days after the initial announcement, the ShipRocked 2012 cancellation policy applies according to our terms and conditions.
