qr_sr-logo“We’ve never played on a cruise ship before!’ exclaims Queensrÿche singer Geoff Tate of the band’s upcoming gig on ShipRocked in November. ‘We’ve played on flat bed trucks in the middle of deserts, huge soccer stadiums with 200,000 people, clubs, radio stations, festivals – but never a cruise. This is something new for us and we’re really excited.”

Queensrÿche are known for massive stage productions. The progressive band uses film, lights, audio cues and sometimes extra musicians and actors to bring songs alive for fans. New technology means Queensrÿche fans are in for a very different experience during the band’s summer tour in support of ‘American Soldier.’
